Most recently, I led Project Skynet — DLG's internal AI initiative — from a blank page to a fully operating platform: an 8-Gem AI Studio, a three-layer file architecture, an AI Hub site at dlg-ai-hub.com, a China social-media knowledge base, and the manuals and workshops that made the whole agency actually use it.
